I've been ninja training on my own for 2 years now, but it wasn't until I started using Jen's app that I started to notice a huge difference in my upper body and finger strength. I had plateaued at 8 for my max pullups, but the consistency of the app has helped me reach 15, a new PR.
Not only have I become physically stronger, but I've also gained a ton of confidence in the last 3 months and have conquered new obstacles that have been on my goal list since the beginning. I can now do the salmon ladder and warped wall! I even earned 1st place for women in my last NNL competition!

Sara Hessen is Beastin' Hessen! Sara started working with me over a year ago as well. She would come into our training sessions completely exhausted from working two jobs and getting almost no sleep. Half the time she was sick. But she ALWAYS gave 110 percent. I would push her so hard and she never quit. Sara conquered the salmon ladder, the warped wall, and the cliffhanger during the time she worked with me. This year, she was chosen to compete on American Ninja Warrior and was one of 12 females across the country to qualify for the finals in Las Vegas. I COULD NOT BE MORE PROUD!!!!!!
